Brief Description:  Secure wiring in upper cowling

Re-installed the oil cooler and added some foam weatherstrip seal between the oil cooler and baffle for a better air seal.

Connected the upper spark plug leads and secured the fence baffles. Secured the baffles to each other where required with 6x3/8-A-TR-PH-SS sheet metal screws. With the baffle seals in place, there is not room to put a spark plug socket hole in the fence baffle. Only 6 sheet metal screw and two M8 screws need to be removed to take off the side fence to get at the spark plugs, so it shouldn't be a major chore.

Wired up the oil pressure sender using a Molex connector on the wires. The sensor connector wouldn't fit through the grommet. By removing the pins from the Molex connector, the pins/wires can be fit through the grommet.

Installed the case vent. Used a 5/8IDx3/4 groove grommet through the baffle and connected the 5/8" aluminum tube to a short piece of tygon tubing into the air/oil seperator.

Secured the wires in the upper cowling area so nothing was flopping around.
